Terms of service

Service Provider – R4_TECH Rafał Jurek, Al. Ks.K.S. Wyszyńskiego 76/7, 94-047 Łódź, Poland. VAT ID: PL7282787249. Service – the web application at https://r4biuro.pl enabling users to download, store and process documents from KSeF and use auxiliary tools. User – any natural person or entity using the Service. Account – individual credentials granting access to the Service. KSeF – Polish National e-Invoice System (Krajowy System e-Faktur). Data – all data entered by the User, including accounting documents. Plan – the service tier (free or paid).

The Service includes: downloading documents from KSeF, storing documents, access to historical data, calculators (e.g. tax, currency), and other features available under the applicable Plan. The Service is an auxiliary tool and does not constitute an accounting system or tax advice.

Using the Service requires internet access, an up-to-date browser, and an Account (for full functionality). The User undertakes to: provide accurate information, safeguard their login credentials, and use the Service in accordance with applicable law.

Registration is voluntary. The User is responsible for all actions performed using their Account. The Service Provider may suspend an Account in the event of a breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or attempts to tamper with the system.

The Service integrates with external systems, in particular KSeF. The Service Provider has no influence over the availability of those systems and does not guarantee the accuracy of data they provide. The Service Provider is not liable for KSeF outages, errors in KSeF data, or changes to the KSeF API or operating rules.

The User retains all rights to their Data. The User is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and use of their Data. The Service Provider does not verify the correctness of accounting data.

Data may be stored on the Service Provider's infrastructure (SaaS) or locally (on-premises). In the case of an on-premises installation, the User is responsible for data security. The Service Provider applies security measures appropriate to the nature of the Service but does not guarantee full protection against data loss.

Calculator results are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or financial recommendations. The User uses the results at their own risk.

The Service may be provided free of charge (Free Plan) or for a fee (Paid Plan). Payments are processed via Stripe. The Service Provider does not store payment card data. Subscriptions renew automatically. Non-payment may result in feature restrictions or Account suspension. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law.

The Service is provided "AS-IS". The Service Provider does not guarantee continuous operation, freedom from errors, or fitness for the User's expectations. The Service Provider is not liable for data loss, business decisions made based on Service data, calculator results, KSeF unavailability, or the actions of third parties. For business Users, liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months. These limitations do not apply to intentional damage.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If the provision of a digital service begins before the expiry of that period, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal, provided they gave their consent.

The following are prohibited: reverse engineering, scraping, automated data extraction, and any attempt to compromise the security of the system.

The User may delete their Account at any time. The Service Provider may terminate the contract with notice, or immediately in the event of a breach.

These Terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction over the Service Provider's registered seat, subject to consumer rights.
